This report outlines recently sold homes that are similar to yours, in the same area. This report helps you determine an appropriate listing price for your home and to inform you about the price range you can expect given your local market conditions. We will discuss how which factors such as, your home's condition, location, and features can increase or decrease the price you are able to get.
We market your listing on all major real estate portals. Clear and concise listing description and high quality professional pictures help to attract potential buyers. We screen all potential buyers for things like; how much money the buyer is putting towards the down payment, the amount of Earnest money offered, and the date they wish to close. These things, along with speaking to the potential buyer's agent, help to vet the offer and gauge their interest.
As your real estate broker we will coordinate all showings. We will work with all the buyers/buyers agent to ensure a smooth showing process. In most cases we will install a lockbox in a convenient location for ease of access.
The selling time frame depends on your specific real estate market. With that in mind, included in your CMA is an average day on market metric tailored for your home. Our aim is to exceed all expectations in this regard.
